Shipping within South Africa:

  • 100% payment is required before online orders are handed over to couriers for delivery

  • Couriers deliver between Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 (no public holidays)

  • Collections can be made between Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 (no public holidays)

Shipping Internationally:

Goods remain the property of SiClothing until paid for in full. SiClothing will not release any goods until they have been paid for in full.

Shipping Prices are quoted after an order is made subject to customer request. Deliveries will be to location agreed upon and door to door may not be available in certain areas.

From the moment goods are dispatched they become the responsibility of the customer  without exception, it is their responsibility to insure these goods if they wish to do so. In the unlikely event of your order being lost, by the logistics service provider, we would do our best to assist you in recovering or replacing the items lost. We do however strongly advise our customers to choose the insurance option when making use of a logistics provider. Insurance is available for purchase in the checkout process or alternatively can be arranged with a salesperson. Our courier partners were chosen because of their professionalism and care in their deliveries and we trust that your orders will be received intact.

Our courier partners are chosen as a result of their potential to deliver timeously in the area that each particular customer is located and the Provider is not liable or responsible for the behaviour of any such Courier or Logistics Service Provider or Transport Service Provider. There are also often International Border Posts, Customs & Excise Officials over which the Provider and the Transport Service Provider have no control.

Returns policy 

Not quite right? No sweat!

Lodge a return online within 14 days of placing your order for an exchange or store credit.

FULL PRICE: Exchange and store credit available.

SALE / PROMOTIONAL: Store credit only.

EXCHANGE: We issue a store credit so you can choose your exchange item yourself once we receive your return.

Here's a quick checklist of requirements for ALL return / store credit items

  • Must be returned within 14 days of purchase

  • Must be in original condition with all tags attached

  • Not have been worn, soiled, washed or altered in any way

  • Sale and/or discounted items are not returnable

Do I need to pay for return postage?

Yes. SiSport does not cover the cost of return postage or insurance. We recommend using a post service with a tracking number.

SiSport cannot be held liable for garments that are lost or damaged in the return process.

How do I lodge a return?

What is your exchange policy?

For any exchanges, we issue a store credit with a free shipping code so you can choose your exchange item yourself once we receive your returns.

*Please note all store credits are valid for 6 months from date of issue.

Where do I send my return?

All returns are to be sent back to our warehouse in Selby, Johannesburg, South Africa. Once you have lodged your return, you will be sent an email confirming this address.

What do I do if my product is faulty?

We work hard to ensure all of our products are beautifully engineered to the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please contact us with a description and images of your product fault.

How do I return my item?

Once you’ve processed your return request online here, we will send through instructions on where to send your item back to. (please note all returns are sent back to Selby, Johannesburg, South Africa )

We recommend that you use a registered post service to send back your product(s) and to keep track of your tracking details.

SiSport Activewear is not responsible for the cost of return postage or insurance. We cannot be held liable for garments that are lost or damaged during the return process.

How long until my return is processed?

As soon as our warehouse receives your return, we will start processing it - please note that it can take up to 5 business days for us to finalise your return from the day we receive the item back. As soon as it’s processed, we will send you an email confirmation.

Refunds: Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to clear into your account.
Credit notes: Issued and emailed to you as soon as your return has been finalised.
Exchanges: A store credit is issued and emailed to you as soon as your return is finalised to use towards your new item. It will also come with a free shipping code.
